Care guide
Caring for your porcelain
A little care keeps the glaze as beautiful as the day it arrives.
Daily cleaning
Wash gently by hand with warm water and a mild soap, using a soft cloth. Avoid steel wool and abrasive cleaners, which can dull the glaze.
Heat and temperature
Avoid sudden changes in temperature, such as boiling water in a cold cup. Warm the piece with hot water first.
Dishwasher and microwave
Please refer to the care guidance provided with your piece for instructions on dishwasher and microwave use.
Storage
Let each piece dry fully before putting it away. When stacking, place a soft cloth between pieces to protect the edges.
Ordering & delivery
From our studio to your table
Every piece is made after you order it, so it is worth the wait.
Made to order
Once your commission is confirmed, your piece is shaped, glazed and fired by hand. Please allow 2–3 weeks, with delivery arranged afterwards.
Packaging
Each piece is checked, wrapped by hand and packed securely so it arrives safely.
Delivery
We currently deliver across Pakistan. If you are outside our usual service areas, please contact us to discuss delivery.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review it and arrange a replacement or refund.
Gifting

Thoughtful presentation
Every piece arrives wrapped with care, ready to be given. Add a gift note in your request and we will include it.
Pairings
Combine pieces across collections, such as a tea set with a lidded jar, to create a set made for one home or one occasion.
Weddings and occasions
Planning gifts for a wedding, Eid or a special event? Tell us the quantity and date and we will plan it with you.
